Our staff are uniformed at all times and wear I.D. when appropriate, they are also trained to be polite and efficient.
For all our clients we initially provide an inclusive quotation and method statement, which if accepted will be followed by a risk assessment and standard contact.
They are equipped with appropriate P.P.E. (personal protective equipment) and the latest window cleaning equipment (details are provided in our Risk Assessments).
Here at Gaze-A-Glaze we consider the Health and Safety of your staff and customers, our employees as well as the general public an absolute priority.
Upon completion of work our staff request an appropriate person sign a work completion sheet to confirm they have inspected and are satisfied with the service they have received, a copy of this will be left for the client's files. There is also space for you to add any comments about the service you have received.
