For all our clients we initially provide an inclusive quotation and method statement, which if accepted will be followed by a standard contact and risk assessment.
Our staff are uniformed at all times and wear I.D. when appropriate, they are also trained to be polite and efficient.
They are equipped with appropriate P.P.E. (personal protective equipment) and the latest window cleaning equipment (details are provided in our Risk Assessments).

Upon completion of work our staff request an appropriate person sign a work completion sheet to confirm they have inspected and are satisfied with the service they have received, a copy of this will be left for the client’s files. There is also space for you to add any comments about the service you have received.
