For all our clients we initially provide an inclusive quotation and method statement, which if accepted will be followed by a risk assessment and standard contact.

Our staff are uniformed at all times and wear I.D. when appropriate, they are also trained to be polite and efficient. Our staff have been vetted for activities that would make them inappropriate for what is a position of trust.

We endeavour to send the same window cleaner to our residential clients each time we visit, experience has shown us this helps to put people at ease and establish trust.

Our uniformed employees have access to items valued by our residential clients including cloth shoe covers and dust sheets if necessary.

As an added service we can repair sash cords and release windows that have been previously painted shut using proven techniques that keep any unavoidable damage to a minimum.

Upon completion of work clients are asked to sign a work completion sheet to confirm they are satisfied with the service they have received, payment is not requested until this has been done. There is also space for any comments you would like to add about the service you have received.
